I go to Shuin The Smoked Chicken Food House in San Juan not just for its chicken but for its pork chop and Taiwan sausage. One time, I was so disappointed because pork chop was out of stock. Luckily, when I went back a few days later, there's a pork chop already waiting for me ; p

The pork chop is thinly sliced, coated with camote flour and deep fried to perfection. It's crunchy and delicious, I can't get enough of it. I can it alone or dip it in the special sauce provided.

I always order my pork chop together with Taiwan sausage. It was my first time to try Shuin's kikiam. To be honest, I can't really recall what the kikiam tasted like ; p I have to order it again on my next visit lol
