We rarely go to The Fort as family. DH hates driving to congested areas, well, he hates driving in general period ; p Two Sundays ago, he had no choice but to drive to Market! Market! because we were looking for a day bed for my daughter. Now that she is two, we think she needs to have her own bed. Anyway, our search remained futile so we decided to head back to Serendra and have lunch at Saboten.

Guess who ordered a combo?! Me!!! lol Whenever I see shrimp on the menu, I can't help but to order one. Mille-Feuille combo is great because there's shrimp and a katsu. In short, there's a little of everything!
My first mille-feuille katsu experience was at Kimukatsu. I have been ordering it whenever I saw that it's available on the menu.

DH ordered a Miso Katsu Tenderloin. I love sauce in my food, I wish I saw this one first ; p Miso Katsu is a Saboten original taste from Nagoya. This is Tonkatsu with hot miso sauce.

Our orders came with unlimited refill of miso soup, shredded cabbage salad, rice and pickles. In my opinion, Saboten is better than Yabu while Kimukatsu still serves the best Mille-Feuille tonkatsu.

We made the most out of our trip to BGC, I let my little girl play and run around the grass area, I bought a pair of wedge shoes from Zaxy Collection at Bambu store and we had coffee at Krispy Kreme before we headed home.
