Last Saturday, I went to Gibi Shoes in Glorietta 2 to find a pair of black high-heeled footwear but I went home with a genuine cowhide leather loafers instead.

I had a hard time choosing which pair to buy because there were so many shoes to choose from Gibi's stand alone boutique.

When I finally narrowed down my choices that's when I spotted the genuine leather section. Yeah, I am fickle-minded like that.
I didn't even know that Gibi now has shoes made of cowhide leather. Thankfully, I spotted it before I even made a purchase.
There were various designs to choose from and in different colors. I tried all of them, no exag! The sales representatives were happy to assist me. One of them even suggested which loafers suits me well.
The only problem is the size. The store only carries one pair of shoes for each size. The smallest one, usually a size 6, is usually the one on display. There is no new stock available.
Padded soles makes your feet feel comfortable. Best of all, there's no stinking smell even without wearing socks!
I wore this pair the very next day when we went to Tagaytay and I am happy to report that it didn't give me any blisters on my feet at all. The rubber soles makes walking very comfortable.
Did I tell you that I used this pair for driving too?!
This is a really nice pair of loafers especially when worn with jeans and a polo shirt, very neat looking! I love it!
