My family and I had just got back from a 5-day vacation in Henann Resort Alona Beach, Bohol. When we arrived last Saturday, we ate dinner at 13 Ubay by Cuistot in Quezon City.

We wanted to try 13 Ubay's Twice Cooked Ribs (Php 320) and Braised Short Ribs (Php 350) but both were not available that night.
We settled for 3 Hour Belly. There were only 2 chunks of meat in one plate. Initially, I thought the price was expensive but when I took a bite at the pork belly, it was meaty and tender. You can pair the 3 Hour Pork Belly with a specialty vinegar found on the table.
I knew the price was worth it after all when we couldn't even finish the other piece so we took it home ; )

While we were in Bohol, I remember my sister would order Tomato Soup in almost every restaurant we visited. It is her favorite soup and she would rave about how yummy it was!
When I saw Rosted Tomato Soup as part of 13 Ubay's menu, I knew I had to order one for myself. I guess I was still on Bohol hangover hehe The soup was rich and flavorful. It was so good even my daughter loved it!
Chorizo and Shrimps Pasta

There were two photos of Chorizo and Shrimp Pasta because the first one (see photo above) served to us was too salty. One of the staff was quick enough to tell the chef and our order was immediately replaced (see photo below).

My only comment is that there were only two shrimps per order. I hope that the restaurant can add more as it was one of my daughter's favorite food these days.

There were only 3 selections under Dessert. We ordered two from the list and both weren't as impressive and satisfying as the main course and pasta. I suggest you take your money elsewhere for dessert.
