According to Tripadvisor, Nikita's Coffee Shop & Salon is ranked as the #1 Restaurant in Panglao Island, Bohol. It is owned and operated by husband and wife tandem, Dave & Kris. It was my husband who insisted on visiting the coffee shop, the only problem was we don't know the exact location. Thank goodness the driver of the van we rented for the Country Side Tour knew where it was. He dropped us off at Nikita's instead of bringing us back to our hotel at the end of the tour. We later found out that it was just a stone's throw away from Henann ; )

Panini is a grilled sandwich made from bread other than sliced bread like baguette, ciabatta, and michetta
There were several items under Panini, we selected two- Ham, Cheese & Tomato (Php 160) and Sausage, Ham, Cheese & Tomato with Hot Spicy Sauce (Php 180). As if the latter was not spicy enough (it is!), Dave placed a local hot sauce on our table ; )
The sandwiches are not readily available. David cooks on per order basis so that freshness is guaranteed. He personally prepares even the drinks that we ordered (photos below).

It took a couple of minutes for our orders to arrive but we didn't mind because there's fast WiFi connection inside the restaurant ; )

One whole cheesecake was delivered right about the same time we arrived at the restaurant. Of course, we had to order a slice! The cake was dense with berries neatly arranged on top ; )
Before we left the restaurant, Dave came over to our table to ask how we find the food. We thank him for making our tummies full that afternoon. The owner was friendly, he even handed an ice cream cup to my daughter which made my daughter smile.
Nikita's Coffee Shop is a nice restaurant to spend English breakfast (served all day) or an afternoon coffee. It serves good food and drinks. It is located on the other side of the busy and crowded Alona Beach so you can expect a quiet and cozy restaurant recommended for the whole family.
