My college friends and I get together once in awhile and each time we bonded over food. One friend would almost always consult her food apps for new restaurants around Quezon City. That's where she found Full Belly Craft Kitchen along Sgt. Esguerra Ave.

Slow Roast Belly of Beef Php 200/100g |
Full Belly Craft Kitchen is known for its Slow Roast Belly of Beef. As you can see in the photo above, the fat percentage is just the right amount to make the meat juicy and tender. It's to die for and it's belly-good. It's definitely a must-order!
You can choose from Gravy or Hickory sauce. There's a minimum of 200 grams per order.
Bagnet ni Kenneth Php 150/100g |
Another dish you can't miss when you visit for the first time is Bagnet ni Kenneth (Flavier)- co-owner of Full Belly Craft Kitchen. It's like eating a crunchy chicharon with a meatier punch! It's so tasty, I don't even need to dip it in its sauce- liver or spicy vinegar.
As with Slow Roast Belly of Beef, there's a minimum of 200 grams per serving.
Grilled Tuna Belly
Grilled Tuna Belly Php 295 |
One of our friends arrived a little later and ordered a Grilled Tuna Belly for her daughter. It is Miso glazed tuna belly with Teriyaki sauce. It looked really good, too bad my belly was already full from eating Slow Roast Belly of Beef ; p
Sides
Mac n' Cheese Php 120 and Truffled Fries Php 90 |
Whipped Potatoes Php 90 |
We ordered several appetizers to share while waiting for the rest of our friends to show up. Mac n' Cheese and Whipped Potatoes were yummy. My darling little girl loved Mac n' Cheese.
Soup
Trio of Mushroom Php 150 |
My friend and I share one order of Trio of Mushroom. We wasted no time finishing our bowl of Portobello, Button and Shitake mushroom on creamy broth.
The set up of the restaurant is conducive to business meetings or just to meet and catch up with friends. The servers were knowledgeable and would suggest items on the menu when asked for suggestions/recommendations. Lastly, I would likely go back for the good food.
Full BElly Craft Kitchen is located at 5 Sgt. Esguerra St., South Triangle, Quezon City. For inquiries and reservations, please call 412 8122 246 9072
